My journey as a DJ started in the early 1980s with a pair of turntables a friend gave me. What began as a hobby quickly became a lifelong passion that has taken me from Miami to Canada—and just about everywhere in between.
Growing up as a mixed-race kid exposed me to a wide range of musical influences, and that shaped the DJ I am today. I never believed in staying in one lane. My style is open format, blending everything from classic soul, funk, R&B, hip-hop, rock, pop, dance, house, and today's hits to create the perfect soundtrack for every crowd. Reading the room and knowing what to play next is something that only comes from years of experience.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of performing at weddings, corporate events, clubs, lounges, grand openings, private parties, and special events of every kind. No matter the venue or occasion, my goal has always been the same: create an atmosphere where people connect, celebrate, and remember the experience long after the music stops.
Like many in the entertainment industry, I stepped away when the world shut down during COVID. After decades behind the decks, the break gave me the opportunity to reconnect with another passion from my childhood—BMX racing. That time away helped recharge my creativity and reminded me how much I love entertaining people through music.
Now I'm back behind the decks with the same passion that started it all over 40 years ago. Music has always been about bringing people together, and there's nothing better than seeing a packed dance floor filled with people of all ages enjoying the moment. Every event is different, every crowd has its own personality, and that's what keeps me inspired. If you're looking for an experienced DJ who knows how to read a room, adapt to any audience, and create an unforgettable experience, I'd be honored to be part of your next event.
